The purchase price of each stone is always greater than the value of the associated digital reward. Physical stones do not contain stored cash value and are not financial instruments. The stone functions as a handcrafted art piece and a key that unlocks a one-time digital experience. Each stone is designed to be kept, displayed, and shared as part of its ongoing story. To redeem, the recipient must scan the integrated QR code and follow the instructions on the Gift3Stone platform.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY: Due to the unique combination of physical art and digital fulfillment, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once a stone has shipped or once a digital reward has been accessed or redeemed. If your stone arrives damaged during transit, please contact hello@gift3stone.com within 7 days with photos for replacement evaluation.

PASS-IT-FORWARD SERVICE: The Gift3Stone™ experience is designed as a pass-it-forward experience. The current Guardian may choose to activate a new experience for the next recipient. This requires a non-refundable Activation & Transfer Fee, which covers creation and delivery of a new digital reward, secure updating of the stone’s digital history, and ongoing platform services. Each activation creates a new, independent reward. Gift3Stone does not store, hold, or transfer monetary value between users. Physical stones do not contain stored cash value.

LOSS OF PHYSICAL ARTIFACT: The digital experience and associated reward are uniquely tied to the physical Gift3Stone stone. Because the physical artifact serves as the exclusive key to the experience, loss or theft of the stone may result in the permanent inability to access or redeem associated digital rewards. Gift3Stone is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced artifacts once delivered.
